The Training

Training is hands-on today. This time in Celcom Tower. I picked up calls for the first time and panicked each time! However, there’s this call which I’ll never forget. The customer had the ‘No Dial Tone’ problem and he was using Windows XP Chinese Version! I’ve told him quite few times that I couldn’t help him unless it was in English but he keeps on insisting for my assistance. I solved his problem. The call ends after 38 minutes. Phew. The Message Got some messages last night from this guy whom I met during last weekend’s night out. We don’t really talk that night. He’s kind of cute. Got my number from Faze the bitch(sorry man…). Who else? Heh.
